Our story

Wyblo began as Edu Enhancement, a Saas that supports university professors who want to improve their course through instant, formative feedback. After working with clients and reviewing our past experience, we realized our solution could be the starting point for a platform that could show training organizations a way to bloom in a competitive marketplace– Wyblo was born. We collaborated with professional institutions, independent trainers, and consulting firms to create a platform that solves problems they are currently facing, like client satisfaction and participant engagement, through instant, formative feedback. Listening to their concerns and internal collaboration, we deduced automation, management, and analytics is the perfect solution while elevating their training into the 21st Century.

Kevin Giorgis

Co-founder and CEO

Kevin Giorgis, 25, began his journey at the University of Bologna with a dissertation on how intrinsic and extrinsic factors influence the performance of individuals. After collaborating with Psychology professors and working at Beaconforce in California, he determined psychology could be a performance-enhancing tool for learning and training, ultimately creating the foundation Wyblo stands on today. As a current Master’s student in Strategy and International Management at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, Kevin has had various international experiences that he uses to lead the Wyblo team.

Cesare Gamberi

Co-founder and CDO

Cesare Gamberi, 28, met Kevin Giorgis at the University of Bologna, where he earned a degree in Business Administration. Here, he was selected for the first startup training at Bocconi University in Milan. In 2019, Cesare started working at a consulting company in Milan, EOS Solution, gaining experience that would be the foundation of Wyblo’s mission, until leaving in 2020 to focus full-time on Wyblo. He uses his previous experience to develop new solutions to help professional training organizations, manage the product, and provide support to our current clients.

Stefano Marchese

Head of Research & Co-Design

Stefano Marchese, is currently earning his Ph.D. in Industrial/Innovation Management at Polytechnic University of Milan as he finds new solutions through research and working with our clients.

Madeleine Prothero

International Business Development

Madeleine Prothero, virtually works from Los Angeles to share Wyblo’s message and develop a strong training community in the United States through marketing and outreach.
